Members of the CMT must attend three consecutive full meetings to become eligible to vote. Members who have earned the privilege to vote are eligible to vote unless/until they have missed three consecutive meetings. If a member misses three consecutive meetings, they will be ineligible to vote on any matter that comes before the CMT until he/she has again attended three consecutive meetings.
